Search engines spiders enjoy natural language content. Don’t try to satiate your text with keywords. It's not audience friendly, and can be quite distracting. Search engine spiders look at how many times a keyword or keyword phrase is used within your content and if it is contrastingly high, the search engine will count this against you rather than for you. The above example is about all you would want to cram in normal text. Often less is a little more, when it doubt keep it organic.

No longer as Important, Meta Tag Information.

You also want to make sure that you specify keywords in your meta tag description, especially ones that you specified inside the strong tag.
